We offer free shipping and handling to all the following countries:

Handling time:
We take 1 - 2 Days as handling time before shipping the products and then we ship them between Monday - Friday
Transit Time: 7 to 15 Days
We urge you to ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is any information that is missing and/or incorrect, we may be required to alert you on how the mismanaged delivery information has caused a delay in the order.
Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance as well. Your local customs office may ask for extra documents and time to clear your package, which would add to the amount of time it will take for the delivery to reach you.
Either your order will be delivered to you by your local post office, or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service - meaning that the package should be delivered with the rest of your regular mail. In case you are away when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on where and how to collect your package using the best method possible.
There will be NO reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for the wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.

Change of Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@foldcase.co
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and other related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destined country. These charges are determined completely by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and will NOT be covered by FoldCase. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items. We cannot be held responsible or liable for any items are that not accepted into the the destined country.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
In case your credit card account holds money in a currency other than the US dollar, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency exchange transaction fee.
These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction free policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are may be shown in your local currency, but in USD when you check out. All transactions will be handled in USD through PayPal or Stripe at the checkout page.
