We guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with anything you purchase from FoldCase.co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make sure you get your money back - no questions asked - within the appropriate time period.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item can be lightly used or opened, but it must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase as it will be required to process your return.

Time Period for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@foldcase.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
  2. Pack Your Item: Safely pack your item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer support team. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not with standing the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
